Class A CDL Driver – Quality Custom Distribution (QCD)

Location: Minnesota (Covering Parts of Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota)

Key Responsibilities:
-100% Touch Freight Delivery: Transport and deliver products using hand trucks or dollies in all weather conditions.
-Route Coverage: Deliver across Minnesota, parts of Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Drivers for out-of-town routes may earn additional pay.
-Physical Demands: Make 15-20 stops per day and handle all aspects of physical delivery, including lifting, pushing, carrying, and pulling products up to 75 pounds.
-Schedules & Shifts: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 8-14 hour shifts. One weekend day required. Dispatch times vary (1PM, 9PM, 10PM). Flexibility with extra workdays.
-Deliver & Stack: Downstack product in-store while following safety protocols and ensuring efficient store deliveries.

Perks & Benefits:
-Competitive Weekly Pay: Drivers can earn between $1,700 and $2,200 per week, with the potential for more on out-of-town routes.
-Holiday Pay and up to 48 hours of paid sick/personal leave.
-Paid Time Off: Up to 30 hours of personal float time after 90 days, and 1 week of vacation after one year (accrued up to 80 hours annually).
-Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Anthem, effective the 1st of the month after 15 days of employment.

Requirements:
-Updated Resume: Must present an updated resume at the walk-in hiring event.
-Physical Ability: Must be able to perform 100% touch freight delivery, lifting up to 75 lbs.
-Driver Qualifications: Must be able to pass MVR, Clearinghouse, and background checks.
-Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and independently or in team routes.

Experience: Prior experience in over-the-road driving and touch freight delivery is preferred.

Must Haves:
-Class A License and 1 year of experience
-Clean DOT and MVR Record
-Touch Freight Experience a Plus
